Any Indian adult aged 18 years or older, as well as registered businesses, LLPs, partnership firms, and trusts, can become a member of Mere Apne Fincare Co-operative Society.
Who Can Become a Member?
According to the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 and our Society Bye-laws, membership is completely inclusive and open to anyone competent to contract.
- Individual Citizens: Any person aged 18 years or older who can legally enter into a contract.
- Sole Proprietorships: Small business owners and independent traders.
- Registered Companies: Private Limited and Public Limited companies registered under the Companies Act.
- Partnership Firms & LLPs: Registered partnership and Limited Liability Partnership firms.
- Trusts & Institutions: Registered educational, charitable, or religious institutions.

Mandatory KYC Document Checklist
Please carry the following documents when visiting our branch to ensure same-day verification:
1. Photo Identity Proof
Any valid government-issued photo identity:
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID Card (Election Card)
- Valid Passport or Driving License
2. PAN Card
Mandatory for income-tax compliance and financial records:
- Original PAN Card for verification
- Self-attested photocopy
- Required for opening deposit & loan accounts
3. Address Proof (Mandatory)
Current residential address verification:
- Electricity Bill or Water Bill (Mandatory)
- If residing as a tenant: Valid Rent Agreement plus landlord's electricity/water bill
4. Passport Photographs
Two recent colour passport-size photographs of the applicant (and co-applicant/nominee if applicable).
5. For Business Entities
If applying on behalf of a company, partnership or LLP:
- Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
- Partnership Deed or Board Resolution
- Authorized Signatories' KYC documents
6. Nominee Details
Nomination facility is available for all schemes. Carry nominee's Aadhaar card and basic details for legal security.
