01 Do I need an appointment before visiting?

No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are warmly welcomed Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM at our Working Office (A-21, Ground Floor, Street No. 3, Guru Nanak Pura, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092).

02 What documents should I bring for onboarding?

Please bring your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, two passport-sized color photographs, and latest proof of residence (electricity/water bill or rent agreement if needed). Our relationship officers complete full KYC and passbook issuance within 15 minutes.

03 Which metro station is closest to the branch?

Both Nirman Vihar Metro (Gate No. 2, Blue Line) and Laxmi Nagar Metro (Gate No. 4, Blue Line) are located approximately 350 meters away — a comfortable 3-minute walk along Vikas Marg right opposite V3S Mall.

04 Is parking available for two-wheelers & cars?

Yes, convenient street-level parking is available right outside our ground-floor office along Street No. 3 for two-wheelers. For four-wheelers, secure multi-level parking is available right across Vikas Marg at V3S Mall.

05 Can I deposit via UPI, IMPS, NEFT, or Cheque during my visit?

Absolutely. You can fund your Membership, Savings, FD, RD, or MIS via UPI, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS (through your dedicated Virtual Account), Cheque, or Cash at the branch counter, and receive an instant official receipt and certificate.
